experiments: use dvcyaml=true #190

Is there a reason we use Live(dvcyaml=False) in the scripts @alex000kim @daavoo? We don't do any custom plotting, so it seems like it would be easier to leave them on and avoid needing to learn about metrics and plots outputs in the pipelines.

No strong reason. I just think we never state in which direction we want to drive users when migrating from Python only.

If we all agree that completely dispatching the definition to the dvclive/dvc.yaml file is the preferred way, I can do the changes
