Add Experiments scenario #42

Fixes #36

This PR follows https://dvc.org/doc/start/experiments in structure.

Init

[ ] Install the result environment from params

Step 1

[x] Explain dvc run
[x] How to set params with DVC

Step 2

[x] Queuing experiments: dvc exp run --queue

Step 3

[x] Comparing experiments: dvc exp show

Step 4

[x] Persisting experiments dvc exp apply

Step 5

[x] Cleaning up: dvc exp gc

Instead of working in this repository, I have cloned the repository to my own GH account and worked from there. Iterating in Katacoda with PRs is not productive.
