Remove outdated `auto-index` info in Quickstart #3

As far I can see in the code. This is no longer correct as there is not such an action during quickstart.

There is no auto-index config option at all, it's automatically "enabled" in ldb add when a path is passed ?

@volkfox Should we remove this for now or add the setting?

I plan to add this option soon, so we can probably leave it in. I'll leave this PR open for now
