Epic: Review and improve CLI commands and options #275

As part of the beta milestone we'd like to spend some time and review the CLI API. Make some improvements if needed.

Motivation

After beta release it'll become harder to do changes.

Considerations

Try to not break intuition by reusing Git / DVC names in the different context
Keep in mind CLI guide - also related ticket #239

Made this ticket primarily as an example how do we manage product priorities and the product roadmap in Studio, VS Code, DVC. GitHub has this special MD syntax to create lists and then helps to track how many subtasks are done, etc. We are trying to provide the motivation, priority, etc.

We can discuss and migrate our priorities and complexity we did in the form of 8/10.
