Yes, same as https://github.com/iterative/cml.dev/pull/323, following @casperdcl's message.

Should we consider making the push of a new version tag the trigger for a release?

In this repository it would make sense to do so but, admittedly, the assisted version bumps are handy. 🤷🏼
