Fix to correct error in baseLoad #115

Fixed baseLoad so that the different internal powers of the ZIP are expressed in pu. The external powers are still given in MVA.
Update in GENROU test-model to show that the fix is working as intended. More examples using PSS/E loads will need to be updated.

@dietmarw We just discussed the units internally yesterday... Still haven't come to an agreement on how we should do it... but we'll look into that
