SimpleLagLimVar behaviour when the limit is hit #125

There are maybe some cases in which this TF is not working properly when the limits are hit and those limits are varying. This commit (5dc5cc8) reflects on this issue but it is maybe not a complete solution

Also, OM complains about this implementation with Boolean variable switch.
