Update some models and add events and Eurostag Controls #168
The set point modification event for the regulators machines has been adde.
New regulators have been added.
The time parameters in events models have been modified in order to unify the parameter name (startTime, endTime).
A new infinite bus model have been added.
New Load models with frequency and voltage dependence and a P,Q variation have been add.
