Update README #61

The how to run in the readme got out of date.

https://github.com/itfactory-tm/thomas-bot/tree/master/cmd now has 3 parts
- thomas: the main bot
- john: the voice server (only this one needs the Linux dependancies)
- edward: the CLI help tool for moderators
You just need Go to run thomas
We also have 2 Dockerfiles now

README should also mention that you need to enable all gateway intents on your bot configuration, or the bot will error on startup with the message "Disallowed intent(s)". intent example
