Feature Request: Ticket Types (issue/request etc)

Ability to differentiate between an issue, request and project ticket, etc.

New table: ticket_types

• ticket_type_id - int
• ticket_type_name - Identifier for the ticket type

Could be added to the existing tickets table as ticket_types with the value referencing the above ticket_type_id
