Feature Request: The email-to-ticket parser should support M365 Modern Authentication #922

Currently the email-to-ticket parser uses basic authentication when connecting to the mail server via IMAP.

We have had many requests to add support for Microsoft 365 Modern Auth / oAuth to allow this feature to be natively used with M365 / Exchange Online.
