Feature Request: Active/Inactive client attribute #923

Ability to mark a client as active/inactive. A client may be inactive as they have not yet completed onboarding or have offboarded. This would replace the existing partially implemented lead management feature

Active clients:

Are shown everywhere by default
Cannot be deleted

Inactive clients:

Are hidden from the main page & reports
Can be deleted
Cannot login to the portal
