new function to clear the error message after uploading

This patch added a new feature to the Mutifile-upload library. 
In the Multifile option the function clear_error has been added. This function 
has an empty body that can be implemented according to the desired 
functionalities. Multifile.clear_error() will be called from an else statement, 
when there is no error. The idea for this new function is to be able to clear 
the error messages in case that the error will be override to use error 
messages in the html code instead that using an alert method.    

Hope this helps other programmers in their implementations.

The project has been dormant for over a year and many of the support requests 
have been resolved and/or are invalid. So we're going to archive them all, 
pending review.
