Chromecast will not cast sound #607

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I try to play a movie on Netflix, video but no sound
2. I try to play a movie on HBO, video but no sound
3. I try to play music from pandora, picture but no sound

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see the video or the music that is supposed to be playing but no sound is 
coming out of my TV. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I just deleted and redownloaded the chromecast app so I assume it is the most 
up to date. I am using an ipad with the most recent operating system. 

Please provide any additional information below.
My TV is not on mute and my iPad is not on mute. I turned off my tv and turned 
it back on. I closed all the programs on my iPad and reopened them. I restarted 
my iPad. I deleted and redownloaded the chromecast app and set it up again and 
none of it is working. I have had chromecast for a year and it has never had 
this issue. It was even working earlier today. Please help!

This doesn't seem to be an issue with the SDK. You can search for answers or 
post new questions in the Chromecast Help Forum: 
https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/chromecast. If they can confirm 
that it is an SDK issue, we can reopen this ticket.
