The gaussian apprxomation of the in-plane OTF (or PSF) is not sufficient for sharp kernel (e.g. Siemens B80).
However, the OTF of those kernels can be sufficiently apprximated by sum of gaussians.
CortidQCT.OTF could take a parameter for N gaussian as a parameter instead of a single sigma.
