Plugin TrackLabels: Count doesn't update when a torrent is removed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Verify count in TrackLabels group, eg. (103)
2. Delete a torrent using that tracker
3. TrackLabels automatic group count remains at previous, eg (103) instead
of correct (102)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect output would be for the group count to decrease when torrent(s) are
removed. Current output is: group count remains at the previous value.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using ruTorrent v2.6 on a seedbox running Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a very nice idea for a plugin, very handy! Group count does indeed
reset correctly when ruTorrent is re-initialized.
