Add brunnel information.

By default add bridge or tunnel info to profiles. This may not be very relevant to routing but could influence:

• Generating vector tiles from a routerdb: https://github.com/itinero/vector-tiles
• Turn-by-turn instructions.
• Meta-data about the routes is enhanced, depending on usecase this could be important.

Is considered important enough to add by default. Later to be enhanced by using restrictions like weight, height and width.
