Plan:

[x] Generate reports using coverlet in Github Actions.
[x] Build a converage HTML report using ReportGenerator
[x] Parse a basic percentage to show in a badge.
[x] Use this example to show a badge: https://github.com/emibcn/badge-action/
[x] Push the reports to a branch that is setup with github pages.
