Implement co-authorship #1

  1. Make possible specifying multiple authors for the article (possible w/ different roles, TBD).
  2. Adjust ACLs/privileges model respectively.
  3. Lock post while someone else is editing it to prevent wiping one another's changes. #2

@rrader it looks there's some bug with amount of authors. Just one of them is returned by API after saving. I'm giving up on this task, since it does make me hate Go with an ultimate anger.
