Installation of Portal server Debian package replaces existing configuration files #315

The config files located in /etc/ will be replaced.

This will probably be the case for iwsn-gateway-deb, iwsn-portal-deb and federator-deb as all of them use the same mechanisms.

The system should ask if there are conflicts with the config files as explained here. But I just realized the config file paths are not entered properly. I'll fix that.
