Please check if Kernel Version is >= 2.6.12

It is 2.6.32-bpo5 (Debian Backports)

The Problem is that the Device is not responding when the waitForBootLoader method is called. Which results in a TimeoutException. Can maybe a simply timing problem.

The problem is amplified when using USB Hubs. When connecting the device directly to the host. The problem occurs much less. Cause the problem takes to much time to be resolved, a FAQ entry should be added to show this is a known issue.
