filename mismatch issue with exonmappers.norm_u_exonquants and quants2spreadsheet.1.pl #13

Line 69 in quants2spreadsheet.1.pl assumes that the file name suffix is exonmappers.norm_u.exonquants not _exonquants so the files are not seen by the script and we get empty list_of_exons_counts_u.txt files

fixed this error and another similar one later in the file but still getting empty output files. nothing obvious jumps out

thank you for catching the mistake. i also figured out why the script was outputting empty files and fixed the script.
