annotation script #14

I haven't used this part yet, but am wondering if you are handling the possibility that an exon belongs to more than one gene. In that case one would want to annotate that exon with a comma-separated (or other separator) list of all mapped to gene symbols. From a very quick look at annotate.pl I don't see that. Emily tells me she used the script but doesn't see any exon associated to more than one gene in the results.

Confirming that there is a problem. I'm looking into fixing this script and will email it to you separately for testing, when done.

Updated annotate.pl script now ready and provided off this thread to the administrators of this repository for further testing.
