sam2mappingstats.pl prints to STDERR logs meant for STDOUT #3

Information such as 'processed 10000000 lines' is being printed to the STDERR files instead of the STDOUT ones

changed the scripts. now it prints 'processed 10000000 lines' to STDOUT files.
