I have reported this via email with Eun Ji and I know it's not urgent since it's innocuous, but recording it here to keep everything together. In the files *.filtered_nu_exonquants, the numbers under the min column and the max column are identical in all cases. Since the min column is supposed to only contain counts coming from the unique mappers, in this case it should have all 0.
