Occasionally we will see clusters of novel exons that all have the same start or end coordinate. For example, the following exons were all reported in a recent job:
chr2:98502473-98502483 novel chr2:98502473-98502493 novel chr2:98502473-98502495 novel chr2:98502473-98502497 novel chr2:98502473-98502498 novel chr2:98502473-98502500 novel chr2:98502473-98502501 novel chr2:98502473-98502507 novel
I'm not sure if this is reallyan issue, but it seems like something we might want to investigate at some point.
