Galaxy Support #154

We need to add Galaxy Support to RUM.

It is basically defining an XML file for the run time parameters, so it is not hard.

Has there been any development with respect to adding Galaxy support to RUM or getting RUM on the Galaxy Tool Shed?

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in RUM. We are currently working on a tool to replace RUM in the longterm. Therefore putting RUM on Galaxy is not on our immediate to-do list. There will be an update as soon as the new tool is ready for the public.
