Adding new version 3.4 to the repository #33

I made the update to version 3.4 of the cmdbuild. Anyway, it would be necessary to create the image "itmicus/cmdbuild:app-3.4"

Hi,

I would not recommend openmaint nor cmdbuild after using it for more than 3 years.

Itmicus stopped working on this, and he is the owner of this repo and docker account (we can solve this of course).

If you feel that this is a meaningful upgrade I can have a look on this PR and aprove it.

There are also a few things that have to be fixed, and that we have fixed it on our own project, to give you an example backups and volumes are incorrectly saved and you can not restore/migrate an existing deployment.

Also from what I have seen there is still an update to openmaint to be implemented, as this PR only includes the cmdbuild update.

The latest version today is also 3.4.1

Again if there is high interest from many users I'll update everything :)
