schedule_ITMO bot - telegram bot which has all information about timetable of classes in univercity

Problem:

• Many times students have problems of losing their classes because they forget to look into timetable.

• Loading and finding information about classes in isu takes a lot of time

Solution: create a bot, which will personally send a notification every day to each student about their classes.

Simplified cases:

• If you have classes tomorrow, bot will send a notification before it, in time that user selected(day before, in the morning)

• If you need to quickly find information about room of the class, you can ask bot for your shedule very fast

• Also if you need to quickly find information about teacher classes, you could do it fast:)

I also suggest thinking about web-version. Because the main purpose of the course is to study web application development. So, Telegram bot is a good solution, but I encourage you to create also a web version.

Great idea, by the way! I suppose Telegram bot with personal schedule and notifications is a very cool solution, as the official schedule app by ITMO really never worked for me as expected 🤷‍♂. Moreover, since the schedule completely moved to a new app ITMO.STUDENTS, I am never able to even simply list my classes from it, and mystically, the old app stopped loading schedule too. And clicking dozens of links and buttons looking for the room and/or time is not the best option either. However, I'm not sure if this app really suits the web development pattern. As its main idea is to deliver notifications, Telegram bot might be the ultimate solution, though)
