Plugin CyUSB - move to internal Plugins #229

It looks as if CyUSB is not supported by Infineon anymore. It can not be downloaded from the suppliers website.
It seems as if the product and software support is discontinued, but could not find an official statement.

What is CyUSB needed for and should we move it to the internal plugins then?

It seems that the original SDK for Cypress USB controllers can be downloaded after registration under https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/evaluation-boards/cy3684/#!designsupport

This plugin was developped to control a device that contained a USB controller from Cypress. This could not be controlled by LibUSB. Therefore a distinct plugin had to be made. This plugin is already disabled per default. Therefore, I would let it in this repository. If it is not supported or wanted any more, it should be deleted, since it can still be fetched from older tags or branches.
