Cmake error configuring OpenCV an latest MSVC version 1940 #298

Since MSVC version 1940 (VS Studio 2022) itom cannot be build because a OpenCV warning is interpreted in itom as an error and stops the cmake configuration:

In OpenCV 4.10.0 this issues is fixed.

I will update all all-in-one developer on source-forge by OpenCV 4.10.0
