In general, I don't like these kinds of posts as they feel reductive and normative (e.g. you must do this to get your dream job) but the reality of the world is that it is weird and confusing and recruiters are thing and interviews are a thing. If this kind of stuff causes more anxiety than actual good, I'm happy to drop these references, but maybe there's some nuggets of usefulness?
