Footer filters fixed and typography #24

This PR makes the footer filters by tag sort of work.

It loads them and links to them properly. However when you click on a filter, the students even thought they are filtered in the component are not filtered in the cards. That can be fixed in another PR.

It also includes typography from the style guide, and applies that.
