I did some tests and found out that there's a significant framerate drop when DraggableCards mounts.

So if the animation is playing while DraggableCards mounts, it's noticeablly choppy.
This is a workaround. The expanding animation finishes before the cards mount, then the framerate drop it's not very obvious.
Moreover, it draws users` attention before cards mount, so the waiting becomes less annoying.
