什么时候能用，你发公告啊！去购买页面发公告啊！QQ客服不回信息，加QQ群不理人？也没有退还金额的说法，根本用不了，偶尔能打开学术网站，但是卡的爆皮，搜索页面都出不来，就能看见金光闪闪的学术网站logo，有啥用？
