Adding image uploader web application

Description

In short, here user can save his/her pics in database and those images can be shown on web page along with the date when the image was uploaded user can delete any particular image of its own in depth implementation of CRUD concept

How to run this application

• pip install django
• cd [to this directory]
• py manage.py runserver
• open any web browser and fill url with http://127.0.0.1:8000/
