Once a record is saved there is no acknowledgement that it was successful or not

In relation to this one , the prompt has refused but you cannot enter duplicates worked it a way it makes you edit the original record in case the member number are similar

Hmm.. I don't follow on "the prompt has refused."? Please explain. Also in the duplicate checker, maybe we could open another issue and post comments there so as to track the progress on that there. It is likely to get lost here in comments
