We need to do minor tweaks to make the system more user friends. This will involve having the actual users test out the system and adjust features based on what is more important to them.

Sounds good. Also looking at other systems you have created, id say it should be really straight forward. However let us engage the actual users for feedback before we do too much so that we could easily make changes.
