User Journey: Pick an experience and make a journey map ( Why did you pick that experience)

  1. As an undergrad student, I want to be able to view my class schedule on Murphy Online so that I can plan my day and ensure that I am attending all of my classes on time.
  2. As an undergrad student, I want to be able to access my grades on Murphy Online so that I can keep track of my academic progress and identify areas where I need to improve.
  3. As an undergrad student, I want to be able to register for classes on Murphy Online so that I can easily select the courses I want to take and ensure that I am enrolled in the right classes for my major.
  4. As an undergrad student, I want to be able to view my financial aid information on Murphy Online so that I can understand how much aid I am receiving and plan for any additional expenses.
  5. As an undergrad student, I want to use Murphy Online to access academic resources such as the library database, study guides, and online tutoring services, so that I can improve my understanding of course material and excel in my studies.
