Usage – 1 Registering for classes 2 Registering for class 3 Registration, Degree eval, Billing 4 Screen too long – session timeout-> error msg, impossible to get back, re-login 5 None, paying bill maybe

Feelings 1 Overwhelmed, timeout. Did not know how to get back 2 Difficult to nav, too many overlapping tabs, Nav difficult. 3 Not helpful, descriptions help a little bit but still end up getting lost. 4 Other than logged out, registration. Nothing positive

Get Personal 1 Cant really think of anything 2 How they have too many tabs to try what you want . Class schedule – Summary ,DETAIL OPTIONS. Don’t know the meaning. Too many things going on 3 Not sure even I have learned it now. Very difficult 4 Whole layout can be improved. Simplify and making clear to user

Tech – Layout 1 Having simple tabs with headers that are very intuitive that you take you to very defined places in each options 2 I don’t think so. Not intuitive 3 I don’t think so 4 No

Tech – Nav 1 Most of the time no. 2 No new features per say just simplification. 3 Degree eval

Tech – Search 1 Not used it 2 - 3 -

Round up 1 Overall it can be condensed and simplified into more intuitive tabs and that leads to exactly what they say they will lead to
