I have the same issue I believe. The phone and watch apps are not able to connect. I only have the default non-connected display on the watch. I even tried completely resetting the watch but it didn’t help. The app is completely broken for me.
Got it - at least in my case, I had to select the vehicle in the watch app first. Not sure why the watch app offers to let you setup the key when no vehicle is selected.
It is installed but doesn’t response to any commands and doesn’t show any current information
Although I'm adding a virtual key with success the app says it is not added
The watchla app is authenticated in Tesla app
Hi @InElonWeTrust, we apologize for the late reply. Are you still experiencing this issue?
Hi @InElonWeTrust it sounds like your Apple Watch is most likely not updated yet. Lags like this can happen while updating companion Apple Watch companion apps.
Can you verify that your watch and iOS app are on the same version numbers? You can check this at the bottom of the Preferences screen while signed in and in the support screen while signed out (this applies to both apps).
