Hi @glickman1 this most likely occurred because of a dropped connection when sending the command or handshaking with the vehicle. Due to Apple Watch limitations this can sometimes happen with the turn of a wrist and and/or less than ideal connection quality.

We are working on an update to this to overcome this so that it is much less likely to happen again. Please stay tuned for updates
