HI @ttwajsb, we apologize for the difficulties you are experiencing with Watchla. An authentication issue has arisen, and our team is working diligently to resolve it as quickly as possible!
We will keep you updated.
Hi @ttwajsb, good news, The outage we experienced this morning causing token refreshes not to work is fixed.
If you are still experiencing this issue, please restart the app by force-closing Watchla and reopening it.
We greatly appreciate your patience and support!
I’m having the same issue Apple Watch ultra2. 2024 Tesla Model Y
Cassandra (& David), after your authentication issue settled out the app worked most of the time (maybe 70+%) the rest of my 2,800 mile trip.
It continued to usually be sorta slow, and still fairly often I got the Failed message. So it's not yet fully reliable. I know you'll keep refining it though.
All told, I was very happy to Remote Start via Watchla during much of my trip. Thanks for that.
Hi @DayDay661, are you still experiencing this issue?
All was well the first several days of my current road trip. Remote Start had been working nearly flawlessly, to my great delight.
Then I started getting “token expired” messages, and failures to connect to vehicle. Finally the Watch, nor even the app, would connect to my car.
So I decided to start from scratch.
Completely signed out in Tesla and from app, removed from Watch, deleted app (including its data).
Then started over, carefully following all instructions. This included authorizing on iPhone via the Tesla login.
HOWEVER, The app won't install in the watch. Tried several times. At present it's been over 33 mins in this condition:
app version: 3.8.3 (485)
iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 18.0
Watch Series 4 cellular (NTUW2LL/A) with watchOS 10.6.1 (21U580)
2018 Tesla Model 3 running v12 (2024.27.25 current as of today, plus FSD v12.5.4)
