Please add the Azure OpenAI to support #7

I have and use the Azure OpenAI, and some one use it. So, support the Azure OpenAI is a good idea, I think.

And, add a option to change the OpenAI api base url address, is a good idea. There is a projec to convert some llm api to OpenAI api, OneAPI. I'm using it for my project, and use multi-llm, mistral, gpt-4o, etc.
