Allow different ways of sorting the scrap pile

Right now, I guess I can only think of two:

• Chronologically (the order in which they were sent to the scrap)
• By value

Might make looking through easier (looking to get back the last card that was scuttled or looking to see how many Xs have been used)

Guess this depends on #95 being completed first... although it still may be useful even just when 3-ing
