Add Maven & Gradle plugins to user guide #393

To make it easier for users to find our plugins for Maven and Gradle we should mention them in the user guide.

The main readme already contains a section about the plugins:

If you want to run OFT automatically as part of a continuous build, we recommend using our plugins for Gradle and Maven.
