My Patreon account‘s level is 35USD but I did not receive the "two character expansion passes" #1165

I opened the $35 membership tier, but only received 280+150 Neo England Pounds in the game, and I didn't receive the "Two Character Expansion Pass" mentioned in Patreon My Patreon account is hyn1973810912@gmail.com My in-game ID is 写给黄淮： steamID:76561199098612927 How do I fix this?

I feel you and i pledged 35/month for 4 months and I'm wondering if i will get the in game credits for the months i paid after unpledging. If not, then thats honestly messed up

@slksl11 if you have not already, please create a support ticket in the Operation Lovecraft discord. It'll be easier to track account issues there than here.
