The github is not the place to submit account issues for NEP. If you have not already, please go to https://discord.gg/projecthelius and submit a bug report there.

  1. Go to read-me-first, read the contents of the channel especially rule 15 to open up the rest of the server.
  2. Go to support tickets
  3. Submit a ticket with your information and we'll get to you as soon as possible.
