Describe the bug
Celia's default Space Engineer outfit top isn't displaying correctly in the Lobby, despite it being selected as "Dressed". Top only appears after switching away, then back to "Dressed"
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Character -> Celia. Ensure her "Space Engineer" outfit set is equipped, and under customization, her "Upper Apparel" options is set to "Dressed"
Enter any available location (Archimedes/Erotes), then exit back to the Lobby
Expected behavior
Her Space Engineer jacket top should be displaying correctly by default
