082: Upper apparel now only available in half dressed mode #1435

Since version 082 upper apparel is only available in half dressed mode in animations, eg 130 and many others incl 229. Outfits are all set that way too. So alet's night operation top and bottom / rev. bunny lower apparel, erika's midnight mirage upper aren't available at all, perhaps because they don't have a half-dressed option. They were still good, even if the fabric was in the way in an animation.

Not resolved, I'm afraid. Still, most animations do not allow outfit customization of upper apparel to "dressed" even when it would look fine. It has been limited to "half dressed". Please could "dressed" be made available again?
